March 14 & 15 Workshops: Introduction to Gelli Plate Printing, 1-3pm, 6311arts Gallery
Create unique prints in this fun 2-hour workshop that walks you through the basics of Gelli printing using a vegan jelly plate and non-toxic acrylic paints. No art, drawing or painting experience required! You’ll get to take home multiple works of art from this workshop for possible framing or have prints to incorporate into other mixed media projects.
This is a beginner’s workshop, however experienced artists who want to try out Gelli printing for the first time are also welcome. Bring an apron and/or wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little paint on. Register here. SOLD OUT, sign up for 6311arts newsletter for updates on future classes.
